Back SIMAKA S2 Vulnerability Documentation
Documentation of a critical vulnerability assessment of the SIMAKA S2 system, uncovering seven security holes, significant technical debt, and a code quality score of 32/100 (Grade F) as the basis for migrating to SIMAKA S1.
About This Project
SIMAKA S2 Vulnerability Documentation is a comparative documentation site built for Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang. It lays out the findings of an in-depth review of the SIMAKA S2 source code, uncovering seven critical security vulnerabilities, significant technical debt, and a code quality score of 32 out of 100 (Grade F). Built with Astro and TailwindCSS, the site presents the findings in a structured way behind sidebar navigation, covering features and functionality, technical architecture, UI and UX, a system comparison, and the database schema, making the case for why migrating to SIMAKA S1 is necessary.
